Who knows... maybe MS will demand that the automakers call those pieces of glass in the car something else, because otherwise people might confuse windows with Windows(R).

Wouldn't work... they would just sue you, take your $$$$MONEY$$$$$, and then sue you some more just for fun. And, if the judge declared in your favor, they wpould file suit in 168 other countries, until they found a judge that they could intimidate into seeing things their way.
After all, they are Micro$oft -- they don't have to obey the rules.
