So let me get this straight.
A HYIP, which stands for High Yield Income Program, synonymous with Ponzi scheme, spams me and newsgroups, with the same exact referral #.
Brand new (or as I like to say "Fresh out of the jail cell") with NO INFORMATION on the program, only one referral # (and it is high to try to fool you into thinking that there are others...) and basically the only content is the "invest" part?
Just how st00pid does someone have to be to actually "fork over the cash"?
