In the "funny as in ha-ha" category:
1) Blue Collar TV (Jeff Foxworthy)
2) Stargate SG-1 (for the inside jokes)
In the "funny as in I can't believe people can be so stupid" category:
1) 'American Idol' tryouts (where they show the real bad singers)
2) 'Big Brother', 'Bachelor', 'Survivor', and other such "reality TV" ('Amazing Race' is the exception here, as it actually has some nice scenery.)
In the "funny as in I want to projectile vomit after watching it" category:
1) Any thing with Rosanne Barr
2) Anything from/with Michael Moore
3) Anything with Rosie O'Donnell
4) The 2000 Democratic Convention (where algore and his wife pretended they were in a Levitra commercial)
5) The commercials for Entzyme
